PRR Debuffs - Stack?

Not finding a clear answer anywhere...

Do the PRR debuffs of Legendary Dust and Shattered Device stack with each other?

So with Dust doing -35 and Shattered Device doing -10, would they combined do -45 PRR debuff?

I've not really tested that specific combination myself but I think they do?

I know raid debuffer setups like to stack as many sources of debuffs as possible (usually snapshotting 2 LGS on a death aura then using two other debuff sticks actively)

Dust (aka Soul Tear), Shattered Device, and Melt Armor (aka Ooze/Constricting Nightmare) stack with each other.

I did not know that DoTs and auras took a snapshot of your effects. I thought they ticked off of whatever you have running when the tick happened. That's a big change to my understanding. Thank you!

For Auras you can use a bunch of short-term boosts and gear swaps to get a lot more effectiveness; stuff like Wellspring of Power is a really easy boost, and there's even been a few Arcane Supremacy builds over the years just for that effect. General advice is to use Lesser Death Aura for procs if they cost you spellpower

Also really useful for Arcane Pulse, the first 4 stacks just cast un-meta'd and then load up on boosts for the last stack (and for refreshing).
