    Default Falconry Capstone Broken

While we've seen posts on other flaws in the Falconry tree, I hadn't noticed if anyone else had reported this one. The capstone is supposed to grant Freedom of Movement. It doesn't.

I've suspected it for a while since I could still cast the spell on myself but finally got around to testing it yesterday. In a capstone of a tree you have to pay or grind for, having something like this not work is unconscionable. Some things can be overlooked or allowed to ride for a while but in a paid item, it is unacceptable.

Bug reported it so I was just looking to see if anyone else had seen this.

Oh, and Thunderstone from the Mechanic tree still does not daze.

I'll complain about the ridiculously high saves of epic mobs vs. Mass Frog (a level 28 feat requiring two lines of destinies) later.
What do you mean a -6 armor class is no good anymore?

Do you get the FOM icon on the buff bar?
Where and how did you test it? What quest, what happened?

The FOM icon does not appear. It does if I cast it. (Ranger, by the way.)

I was in Creeping Death. Ran up a sewer tunnel, paused at the end and drifted down. Ran back up and during the slide cast FOM and stopped instantly where I was, so it seems pretty conclusive that at least on a ranger (arguably the class most likely to benefit/use the tree) the FOM part is not being applied. Unless the wording "granted the benefits of Freedom of Movement" mean something else.

Sometimes premanent-buff enhancements can "break" and stop working. Have you tried resetting the tree (maybe restart the client first, too, just to be safe)?

I've had something similar happen with the Vistani fear / energy drain immunity, but a reset usually solves the issue.
