    Default Purchased Sharn on your website, got a receipt, but still says I don't own it.

    There was no code given to me, I bought it from your site and got a receipt, Order #1318385401).

    It's been twenty minutes, what is wrong? I even checked my account site and the expansion doesn't show up.

    Look for the line "Digital Rights: " on the receipt, that is the code you have to put in the ddo store to unlock your purchase.
