    Default Paid for vip, but received nothing in game.

    This past Saturday my subscription ended. I paid for an additional month of vip status, but my account is still listed as a premium account, I have not received the 500 ddo points, and I cannot access p2p adventure packs. In the ddo store it says that my subscription will end on 1/28/2020, which would be correct if I had actually received the vip status that I paid for. I also received a receipt for the subscription via email, so some part of SSG knows that I paid for vip. I submitted a support ticket, but they have not responded. Adding to vip has never given me any problems before, so I am unsure where to go from here.

    I'm gonna ask the most basic question, did you log out and back in after adding VIP? (you probably did, but it's one to always check)

    Multiple times and even shut the whole machine down and rebooted. It’s been days now and no change.
