This past Saturday my subscription ended. I paid for an additional month of vip status, but my account is still listed as a premium account, I have not received the 500 ddo points, and I cannot access p2p adventure packs. In the ddo store it says that my subscription will end on 1/28/2020, which would be correct if I had actually received the vip status that I paid for. I also received a receipt for the subscription via email, so some part of SSG knows that I paid for vip. I submitted a support ticket, but they have not responded. Adding to vip has never given me any problems before, so I am unsure where to go from here.
