in game help not working

Hi on tr and going to epic i have had all my buffs removed ,also going to epic from heroic all gone,i bought epic box and used got no buffs ...what the hell is going on and how do i report it in game when ingame help is not working
please fix this now and return my buffs etc

Hi I am having problems too. no help working in game. I purchased 30$ ddo points and did not get 400 points for bonus or elixer.

When the help screen pops up, it is empty. But, if you click around in different parts of the screen, eventually the real help screen will show up. Or, at least that's what worked for me.
