VIP Upgrade Links Missing

Trying to renew an expired account, but:
- No link to add time on account page
- No way to contact support; "Recaptcha" BS isn't showing up, but keeps me from submitting ticket
- Following links for DDO help shows me LOTRO help, even though the URL indicates I *am* on the DDO page; the pics on the page show images that do not apply to the DDO login page

Thoughts?

I was going to switch to VIP, but I never got anything. I have to wait a few days to see if it hits my credit card, but I am utterly lost that these kinds of issues are still happening. Then there was the excuse of the change of ownership and infrastructure etc. Now I'm not sure what the problem is.

I guess they don't want my money.
