Multiple characters, same account, purchases not transfered?

I have two characters under one account. I made purchases under my first character (some worlds, some collectible bags) and they are viewable in the store from my second character, but I can't access those purchases. Is there a way to do so? I really do NOT want to buy all that stuff again, especially because I'm on the same account.

"worlds"? Do you mean Adventure Packs (aka Quests)???

The quests should be available to all characters once you buy them. You can't "see" them, except that the quest givers now have an "available" Icon on the map and in-game.

If you don't open the Store from a specific character (but use the link in the Character Selection screen), individual items (like bags) are delivered to the LAST character you logged in on. So check their inventory. (And I hope they're not BtC.)


("Not sure if I bought it"? - Here's how you check: If you open the store, on the top right is the name of your Account w/ a dropdown menu. On that dropdown is "History" - click that. That will show all the recent DDO Store activity, including DP earned and spent, and codes redeemed (inc. all weekly freebies, etc.).

If the history shows that you did buy it, but you still can't access the quest (and you're the correct level/etc.), contact Customer Support via in-forum PM. Try CS_Alkaid.)
