renew lapsed sub

[Earthbound Misfit]

so, a month ago, 19th august, I was booted from the game. seems my subscription lapsed. This was the first time this had happened in 10 years. I tried to renew it, but only had the option for one month. my intention was to let it lapse after the month but it renewed automatically. I then tried to find somewhere to get the 3 month subscription and I can't find anywhere to do that. I am in the uk, if that makes a difference.

please help.
