I have been trying for the past few days to buy DDO points. On both my Paypal accounts I get the same Error: 2001 Payment Service is down. Now Is this an issue known with Paypal.... or a SSG issue... what am I looking at to try to get this fixed. Any help here would be great. Tried putting in a suport ticket... no luck. Thanks in advance.
