Would like to renew my VIP status

Hello everyone,

Yesterday My VIP subscription ended. I have bought many TP bundles before using paysafecard in game. So to renew my VIP subscription, I bought a card to order and pay for the 12-month subscription plan.

Then I discovered when checking out, the paysafecard option is not shown as payment method for subscription plans.

1. Am I missing something or not seeing the paysafecard option somewhere?
2. Is it in any (other) way possible to use paysafecard for VIP subscriptions?
3. Has anyone else had this problem and how did you fix it?

If I'm reading you right, you're trying to use that card in game thru the DDO Store to renew your sub?

Look in the DDO Market (link at top of this page) and click the Game Time tab. You might be able to use that card to buy game time that way.
