DDO Store

Not sure where I should post this. Here, or in the DDO store section? My problem is, I'm trying to re-subscribe. I open the DDO Store using Ctrl+S. Window opens normally. As soon as I try to click on anything in the DDO Store window, it minimizes the game. When I bring the game back up, DDO store is still open and Ctrl+S won't close it, nor will hitting the X in the corner (just minimizes game again}. HELP

If you play with the game "windowed" that happens once in a while. I use the menu on left to access it since it went to the in-game vs external browser
