    Default Bug: No "Ticket" button when clicking the "Help" menu.

    The button doesn't appear in the Help menu.

    Alternatively, the reason I needed help is my secondary account doesn't have premium benefits despite having access to both expansions.
    Any other place I should contact?

    The "NEW TICKET" button in the in-game help window only appears if you are premium or VIP (they made this change a few years back). Are you trying to contact in-game help on that secondary account that should have premium access because you have both Menace/Wheloon (and/or) /Ravenloft expansions? If so, you should contact SSG at their support website:

    https://help.standingstonegames.com/hc/en-us

    click on the Dungeons & Dragons Online right-side image to bring up support specifically for that game. And then click on CONTACT SUPPORT button. You will be brought to "Submit a Request" and I believe you will need to create an account (by registering an email) to log-in and check the status of your ticket and/or receive email updates. You should be able to get a GM to upgrade that account to premium status.

    I figured it was something similar. I posted a ticket the day after I started this thread. Still waiting for an answer, but seeing my bug report semi-automated response took about a month before getting a reply, I'm guessing I'll have to be VERY patient.
