Double Bonus points on the market?

So if you open the launcher, you will see the advertisement for the double bonus points. If you CLICK on that advertisement from the launcher, it takes you to the website DDO Market. At the market, the double bonus points does not appear to be turned on.

I would very much like to surprise someone with a really nice gift, and it seems to me that you guys must intend for the DDO Market to give the bonus, or else the advertisement click wouldn't take us there ... but right now it doesn't show the bonus. I'm really not willing to risk that it will work on a no refunds purchase.

So umm... can you guys maybe make sure it's turned on and confirm that the double bonus points actually is being given at the place where the advertisement takes us if we click?

Also ... you might want to check and see how many people have purchased after clicking that advertisement (on the assumption they did NOT get their bonus points) and get them what the advertisement told them they were getting.
