Exclamation Self-Healing and Restoration not working at all much!

This is an issue I must address, and it regards the self-healing potions and spells, even the restoration ones. Possibly many other curative affects have been affected to not keep players alive as they should. This is causing a lot of people to die constantly on this diff. This has ticked off a lot of people, (myself included) period! This *MUST* be fixed asap, or people will refusing to run Reaper mode anymore all together. Not only that, but the prices for the reaper enhancement trees should be lowered down to become affordable resetting. Please fix all of this, so that Reaper mode can be fun always.

    A trolling post?

The whole point of reaper was to add challenge and encourage grouping.

The XP requirements for reaper enhancements are pretty steep but if you lower all these you just make it even easier to gain excessive power with absolutely no effort.

If you also remove the restrictions on self-healing then reaper mode literally turns into elite with a few extra monsters, which would be easy to steamroll over with your easy-to-gain reaper enhancements.

Whether or not you agree with the way the goals of reaper mode were achieved, you are essentially arguing for the exact opposite of all the arguments that created reaper mode in the first place. Reaper mode would become 'super-easy' mode!

Get a hireling. Park them in a safe spot. Call them to heal/restore between battles. Don't have them follow you around, they will die.

I agree with the self healing limitations of the reaper mode.
    inclusive to shrines as well.
it just plane costs to much in pots to play reaper when no one wants you to bring a hire as well been left behind many times by other players who have healing capability to release because no one is staying in a group.
while the intent of reaper is to group, some players tend to isolate the others leaving them to fend for themselves. ( I would rather the refused my ask if that's the case as i am not an xp race to the top trying to catch up with everyone else player I have crafting and pick up collectibles and look for them in breakables and bags.[I play the game])
if i cant bring a hire in reaper id rather not play depending on some one else to do there ob as a cleric and then be left behind because he is having problems keeping up wiht the rest .

To be honest, not sure if trolling. I want to assume not trolling.

Reaper is meant to be difficult and deadly, you need past lives, gear, experience. You cannot expect to faceroll the hardest setting while potion healing or some hire to be able to engage in some actual combat, don't you? Btw, leave them behind, they can have a use this way.

Yes i know, reaper seems like the "new thing" so the way to go. What you "must" do. Nope, it isn't.

Just a friendly advice: if you see only lfm's for reaper and you are not ready for it, post your own for a lower difficulty.

This is not my opinion, it is by design.

    Update 34 Release Notes:
Reaper Difficulty offers a new challenge for the toughest adventurers! Reaper difficulty can be selected from the quest portal UI for many quests and raids throughout the game. When you select Reaper difficulty, there is also a drop-down list of between one and ten Skulls, which affects quest/raid difficulty and reward. Special Reaper Bonuses can be found on items acquired in Reaper Difficulty, there is an increased chance to get named items, and you'll earn Reaper Experience. Reaper XP will award a Reaper Point at certain thresholds that can be spent on abilities in a special Reaper benefit tree, among other things! Warning: Reaper difficulty is meant for players who enjoy a serious challenge. You have been warned!

    Assuming non trolling.

I'll agree with the OPs tree reset cost - its a bit pricey.

    As for the rest?

Reaper is what it is - a challenging mode.

If you cant stay alive in it solo, then choose another difficulty. We are lucky to have multiple difficulties to choose from.
If you cant stay alive whilst PuG grouping it, then blame your fellow groupers not not working together, not the game mode. For most classes Reaper is all about coordination and cooperation to succeed.

Personally I would hate to see Reaper changed because, as a game mode, it has bought me some of the most fun questing I have done in years.
