Graphic Jumping

Okay, I hope I'm addressing this correctly. My Computer recently had a crash, but it's all fixed now. But now for some reason, the game's so jumpy now. Think of it as graphic lag or something rather. I have to use a lower graphic setting to stop it from constantly jumping but it's not helping. I am using a Windows 10 Computer, so I don't how to configure to fix it and stop it from jumping all the time, like it's still processing data or something. I hope this makes sense for anyone who knows what I'm talking about.

If you haven't already figured it out, it wasn't your computer fix, it was a change introduced in the Ravenloft patch. I'm pretty sure the timing is right for that, anyways.
