    Default Add another - disposable digital good has already been bought

    Different day, same story. Purchased the Shadowfell Conspiracy with the MotU discount. Was able to activate Shadowfell but not MotU. Error: disposable digital good has already been bought.

    I already owned Epic Destinies before this and I'm wondering if that's part of what's going on. I think someone else mentioned that.

    I've opened a support ticket, sent emails, and PM'd Alkaid. At this point, I'm not sure what to do. I see other that are going on a month-plus with no resolution and a cone of silence from customer service.

    I now have to wonder, after they have my money, if I want to continue being VIP, paying for these expansion packs ON TOP OF the monthly fee, if this is how it's going.

    I'm back after a 5 year absence - this is not filling me with confidence.
    It occurs to me that the dice are being rolled by the same computer that's trying to kill me. It knows all the moves - it's just toying with me.

    After 3 days and 23 hours, my help ticket was responded to.

    Thanks to Jerry and Sheekory (not sure real name) - the code was manually applied to my account.

    Good feelings gone.

    Don't have access to the King's Forest content pack. As I'm (still) VIP, don't know if Druid got applied correctly. It appears I got the 1000 store points and the Tome but now I'm not sure what I've got and what I don't.

    Back into the help queue I go.

    The King's Forest is part of the Menace of the Underdark Expansion. A Subscription does not and never has included Expansions.

    I have already purchased the Menace of the Underdark expansion which was not correctly applied to my account as noted in OP. I got the DDO Store points and the tome when the code was manually applied by customer service but not the quest packs.

    Thanks, again, to Sheekory and Jerry for getting everything up and running.

    I test started several different quest chains, including the Kings Forest explorer area, and was now able to access them without issue.

    Kudos to customer service for being available on the weekend (holiday weekend, no less) and getting this resolved!
