Cauldron of Flame broken??

Ok maybe I am missing something or it is possibly a known issue. But I recently respecc'd my monk and added cauldron of flame to the build, the problem is it doesn't seem to work. When I am in the cauldron of flame the +20 prr and 15 dodge do not appear on character sheet. Thank you guys for your infinite knowledge of awesomeness!!

Just to be sure....are you equipped with a staff? the prr and dodge only work with a staff....so if you are handwraps or something else the cauldron only burns critters but doesn't buff you any.

Oh! That would explain it. I didn't realize a staff had to be equipped. Thanks so much!!
