All of my spell power and spell critical chance are in the negatives. My attacks suck right now vs before. I was regearing and I swapped one item and boom! I put the item back on and nothing has changed. Any advice?All spell chance is -95.

That's strange. Maybe you should talk to a GM about this one and post the items that caused this so no one else makes the same mistake. However, the simplest fix is too log off and restart your client. Some of my guildies have been having augment issues in which adding an augment like, in example these two, one guy added a level 8 fear aug too a level 22 CC item and it made it 30. He took the aug back out and it read as both the aug and the helm still being 30. Resetting the client fixed it. Another guy took a crashing wave guard and an leg executioner helm and it locked him out from equipping it until he reset the client. I know it seems like a dissimilar issue, but perhaps it could be the same fix.
