Does this experience bonus (pale green ion stone, mantle of the worldshaper, etc.) show up in the experience summary after quest completion? I don't think I've ever seen it. Is it working? Does it stack with the Tome of Learning bonus? Thank you!

It works.
It stacks with tomes of xp, ship buff xp shrine, and xp pots, and weekend xp bonus.
It shows up in general chat, and it looks like this.

Use it all the time. It seems like such a little bonus until you start looking at the total XP per life, then it really begins to impress.
