Lost my entire 60 slots of items in character bank

Before I ITR a few days ago, I took all my blue bound to character items and whatever I could not put into my shared bank I put into my character bank. I had 60 slots full and all but 3 items were blue bound to character items that I have been collecting for years. Well after my ITR, I finished afew quests after Jeets and went to my bank and found my Character bank was wiped clean and just under hlf my items in my shared bank were gond as well. I can carealess about the items in the shared bank but I need those items in character bank that I took so long to grind for,How can I get those back?

Your character bank is supposed to be wiped clean after an ITR. Everything that was in your bank before you ITRed is moved into your TR Cache.

Someone else recently reported an issue accessing their TR Cache, like it was hidden behind their shared bank. (It looks almost exactly the same as the shared bank.) Try moving the shared bank to see if it's hiding behind it?

Same exact thing happened to me. My tr cache only had character bank items. Everything that was on my character or in my backpack(s) at the time I racial reincarnated was lost. In-game support closed my ticket immediately saying they can't do anything and to submit a bug report. I submitted a bug report in game and went through web support. So far (6 days) no response from anyone. I will let you know if anything changes. Please let me know if you hear anything.

After reading the OP I just figured it was in the TR cache and it was hiding under another window. After reading Kalebos' post, this looks like a huge issue. No way I am TRing until this gets figured out.

Here are the events of mine in greater detail. I epic tr'd my human monk from lv 30 to 20. No problems there. I then immediately racial reincarnated him back to 1. In the character selection screen I selected Reincarnate next to his name. I proceeded through new character creation. At the end I clicked create and the window Please Wait... came up. It stayed up for a very long time after which the game crashed. I reloaded the game and in the character selection screen it showed my monk as still at level 20, ready to reincarnate. I attempted the creation process again and when I clicked create at the end it said Unknown. I exited creation and tried to enter the game with him. The error, this player is already in the world came up. I closed down the game for over an hour or so. When I logged back on, my monk showed as level 1 and looked the same as I had created him the first try. I entered Korthos, skipped it, went to the ship, and checked my bank. Only things in my tr cache were items stored in the character bank. Everything on person or in backpacks at the time of reincarnation was gone. All ingredients and collectibles gone. XP pots (had just bought during sale week) gone. I would surmise that the tr cache was lost when the game hung up during character creation and when it crashed. I am guessing everything is completely unrecoverable. Not that it really matters since it has been officially 7 days and not a word from support at all. I will give it a couple more days to see if SSG responds but I think I am done with the game for good since that is my one and only toon I play.

Stay tuned for a day/time if you play on Thelanis, my mules will be giving away anything not btc/bta. SP pots, raid timers, ebberon shards, etc.

CS_Alkaid has been quiet for too long, forum-wise and PM-wise.

...or maybe bump it straight to KookieKobold. As QA, maybe he can play with it and reproduce the bug.

Iirc (and somone will correct me if wrong), this is the problem, and a known issue. You have to completely log out, and then log back in, before continuing to the 2nd reincarnation.
