can't update from 1 month subscription to 3 in the game store

I have been trying to change my plane from the 1 month to 3 but I keep getting an internal error message when trying to change plans. any ideas on how to change it?

You could try canceling your sub altogether (this doesn't immediately drop you to Premium,
you still have the balance of your sub). Then, after you get the EMail confirming the cancel,
add the 3 month sub. There's probably a bug where you can't add a sub if you already have one.
