    Default Internal Error Message FTP

    I can login to my 2 VIP accounts with no problems. When I try my FTP i get an internal error box (Failed to queue server) and the launcher will say getting in line to connect. Not sure what the issue is as just four days ago everything was working fine. Any help would be appreciated.

    I had that happen yesterday on my F2P/Premium account, but after the update was done it worked fine.

    Well it started happening to me after the update, 12 hours later no response from customer support.

    Anyone have the ability to contact customer support directly? Ticket submitted on Friday and still not so much as a response.
