Definitely not Palace of Stone. When I clicked on the image to enlarge you can see a spiderweb bridge in the background. Correct me if I'm wrong but there are NO spiderweb bridges in Palace of Stone. There might be a clue on the left... on the ground there looks to be one of those spider egg sack style chests, its difficult to make it out in the purple shadowy area.

Yeah that is definitely somewhere in the demonweb. I don't know if it's the explorer area or one of the quests/raids though.
