Gingerspyce's Week in Videos: Druid True First Life goes heroic raiding

Northwynd: The Druid Ture First Life Series is cruising into upper heroics in style with a pair of solo raids that exceeded my expectations for the project!


In episode 11, I take on heroic elite Tempest's Spine. There are so many things here that could've gone wrong, not the least of which is getting disintegrated by the hill giant casters! And then there's all the prep work... making sure you can get the intelligence rune, strength lever and a way to unlock doors. It took some effort getting all this together on a true first life druid, but Mirage and I made it happen and I even had the wolf tank Sorjek! See how it all plays out in Episode 11: Solo Elite Tempest's Spine!


My next big challenge was to try to solo the elite Demon Queen raid at level 14 for full elite bravery bonus. With just 256 hp, I was seriously concerned. I thought I'd be able to breeze through the entrance hall, but the magic missiles from the efreet were hitting me pretty hard. It didn't look so good at the outset, but what a thrilling finish! I've been having tons of fun leveling up Northwynd on Cannith. Yep, that's right... I'm on the Cannith server! I've been discovered by several people so it's time to let the cat out of the bag, lol. I typically play late nights, after midnight EST, but I won't be around Cannith much longer.
