Doesn't Deft Strikes only apply while centered? So you should drop those APs once you switch to S&B in PA.

I can't help feeling like Henshin cores are going to be nerfed pronto - either reducing MP per core or requiring you to be centered (or both) - making me reluctant to base a MC uncentered build on them.

"Deft Strikes: You gain +3%/+6%/+10% chance to make offhand attacks while centered and wielding two weapons or fighting unarmed."

I parse that as "(centered) and (wielding two weapons or fighting unarmed)" not "(centered and wielding two weapons) or (fighting unarmed)." But this is DDO; presume nothing until you test it for yourself, then test it again somewhere else just to be sure.

EDIT: If I'm right, I'd shift the APs from Shintao to SD for Tenacious Defense.
