    I would like to know how much longer we have to wait until we get our VIP status back plz.

    For those that don't know what is going on. The recent weekly update 'kicked' all those players from VIP to either Premium or f2p for those of us who use PayPal to pay our yearly subscription.

    I wonder what the next so called 'weekly' update will bring.............

    Over 24 hrs now and I still don't have VIP status. So wrong...........

    Question, are you going to "reimburse" us for the "lost vip day'"since we cant play?

    another words, will you just simply add another day onto our vip staus? seems fair to me.

    So, my VIP subscription should end on July 25th 2017 instead of July 24th 2017, since its already been past 24hrs now and still don't have my VIP status?

    Well, off to work. 31 hours and still no email reply from the supposeably help to fix this problem.

    Question, is there anything I can do to assist Account Management to speed up the process to get my VIP account back?

    alright, thanks Alkaid, but from my point of view, 48 hrs and still no VIP, you have no idea how many times I've heard this.

    just hope they "reimburse" us our lost VIP days.
