    Default Account demoted from Premium to Free

    Today i purchased multiple adventure packs that were on sale in the ddostore. When i relogged i noticed my account said Free instead of premium and i was missing 2 character slots, locking me out one of my toons. If it matters at all i gained those character slots and premium upgrade when i purchased menace of the underdark a few years ago. I already submitted a ticket via support.turbine.com, but i am unsure on how long this will take, I would love to get this resolved quickly, wanted to buy the collectors edition of shadowfell that was on sale as well but i am afraid of bugs that may occur.

    I'm having the same problem in my account. I just bought the two expansions through Steam and several quest packs in-game. I hope they fix this quick.

    i just came back to the game after a bit of a break and i have this issue aswell how can i fix this ?

    Tokeri- I did take a look at your account and you should have your Premium access. If something still seems pear-shaped when you log in, let me know what areas or content you do not appear to have access to and I'll see what's going on.

    Default Sarlona and Thelanis Premium Accounts

    I subscribe to a Premium Account on both Sarlona and Thelanis but when I logged in this morning I am being prompted to choose 5 characters out of all of them or upgrade to subscription.

    This didn't happen yesterday when I logged in and I have seen no news of any updates changing subscription accounts so what's going on?

    This happened to me as well. I purchased two lots of 1500 turbine points each when I played originally. When I returned to the game recently, I still have the adventure packs and Warforged unlock that I purchased with those points, but my account is flagged as "Free" and I was forced to choose which three characters I wanted to make active.

    I submitted a ticket, but after 8 days with no response, I replied asking for an update and got an automated response that the ticket had been closed. Please help.

    This just happened to me.

    Logged in fine earlier today and now it's showing as F2P.

    Don't know if it's related but I changed my turbine password and email in between those logins.

    I have submitted a ticket, but if an admin sees this and can fix sooner than the ticket queue I'd appreciate it.
