Update 31 Named Item Information

Does this mean that the Animated Rope, the String Table Error is not really an error? I thought it was supposed to have SA 14. Though if that is currently glitched, Deception X or XI so the SA damage rolls out to be the same would work as well (and would even be preferred). Personally that SA (or Deception) is the difference between this item being good or meh. Diversion most could care less about (I actually consider it to be a detriment), making the belt in it's current state nothing better than a random gen belt... which random gen belts would then beat if it has a bonus ability. Please fix this.

Lol, the first epic item has a String Table Error in it. So perfect for this update.

Should be:

Heroic - Sneak Attack (Accuracy +7, Damage +9)
Legendary - Sneak Attack (Accuracy +14, Damage +22)
