    Unhappy I cant upgrade DDO to VIP-Status

    Hallo,
    after login on "myaccount.turbine.com" I only can "activate Produkt Key" but not upgrade my DDO to VIP because there is no DDO. I buy a addon with steam few month ago, no problems after it. But now i want to reactivate my VIP-Status and i can not find my DDO on my Turbine ACC.
    How can I be a VIP^^

    Edit:
    Mhh.... now everything looks normal. DDO is in my Turbine ACC and i can reactivate the VIP-Status. Not sure whats happened?!

    Unhappy VIP not available

    Hi I am new too ddo.

    I have the same issue. After login there is no VIP option anywhere. How am I supposed to subscribe like this? Are there any weired prerequisites like having at least one character, 100 hours playtime or having bought something from the shop? ...

    EDIT: After creating a first character and playing through "the grotto" then logging into my account again, it was finally available.

    I have a similar issue, it was there, but then wasn't when I went back to check something... (I've got an older account that's currently set for a 3-month payment type)

    It seems to appear and disappear. If I try again in an hour, it might show, or it might not...definitely odd...

    We are currently working to resolve an issue with myaccount.turbine.com where it periodically fails to allow people to see their subscription information or upgrade their account. We apologize for the issues.

    Default Vip??

    I have been a VIP account holder and today my VIP status is gone. I am unable to use the Turbine online account control to control my DDO account status. I can't play characters now because I technically don't have access to that class. Is this expected to take long to fix?

    Why isnt this issue revolved yet? I'm having the same issue and not being able to play on a char with almost almost 8 years game time is freaking insanely annoying. CMON turbine!

    The MyAccount site still occasionally has this issue, but I do see that you have a ticket in so I'll follow up with you there about your VIP.

    Default VIP Status Suddenly Gone

    I believe I am encountering some variant of this same problem.Last night (9/13/15) around 7pm PST I was running a quest when I was suddenly, with no notice/warning, booted from the game (with text that said something like that).I logged back in and was presented with a screen telling me that I could pick some of my created characters for that world with which to login. I picked 6 (altho three of them appear to be unselectable) and got back to my main so that I could not lose what progress I had made (not fully realizing my VIP status had changed, just thinking the system/world was having random issues).Completed quest, realized VIP xp not awarded.... submitted information through the support.turbine.com link and got the automated reply back last night but have not heard anything back and login screen this morning still shows only some characters and only some of those availale to enter world.

    Nah, this one is a little bit different. In your case, your VIP renewal failed to process and so your VIP status was revoked. Once you log into the MyAccount site, update your billing information, and resubscribe, your access will continue as normal.

    Well the issue seems to still be there...
    I have a nice mule account I wanted to upgrade to full VIP... and well, it asks me for a product key I don't have...

    Edit : after checking even my main account, that is full VIP ( and has alwys been that way ) is hit.

    Yesterday's Account Maintenance seems to have cleared it up on all my accounts.
    On G-Land : Flavilandile, Blacklock, Yaelle, Millishande, Larilandile, Gildalinde, Tenalafel, and many other...

    A rather depressing issue as I recently looked into returning to the game, got a friend along on the free-to-play but both of us simply found normal quests too easy to be entertaining in the long run and wanted to get VIP so we could sharpen our teeth on hard/elite right away instead (Neither of us has any past lives so no opening them that way). And now both of us face these errors and as such can't get a subscription despite very much wanting to.


    Edit: Not sure why, as I sure haven't changed anything on my end, but it worked just now, accepting Paypal too. Whatever whoever did, thanks!

    Almost a year since the original post and this is my current situation. I want to go VIP and no "Get Unlimited Access" or "Payment Method" buttons on myaccount.turbine.com.

    I don't consider this as necro thread resurrection as the issue has not been resolved.

    It's still a necro as the process has now changed. You go to the in-game store and click subscriptions to get VIP now.
