Why 10/10 rather than the more popular 9/9/2?

No real reason.. just trying to find out whats optimal and was the starting point. Was hoping to find a good build plan and explanations as to what works & why...

I understand that 9 Druid, 9 Mink, 2 fighter is optimal? Would like to get natural fighting in as well...

Druid 8 gets you winter wolf form; druid 9 gets you lvl 5 spells and access to Natural Fighting feats; druid 10 only gets +50 SPs, +1 Fort & Will saves, and a couple extra spell slots. Monk 9 gets you Imp Evasion; monk 10 only gets you Slow Fall, +3 AC, Lawful Ki Strike, and +1 to saves. Since this is a feat-constrained build, a ftr or rgr 2 splash for extra feat(s) makes sense. The rgr splash would let you go the SWF+TWF route, although squeezing in Natural Fighting and higher-tier monk stance feats as well becomes challenging.
