Ninja assassin guild buff broken

As the title says-
The ninja assassin guild buff, providing +.25(W) is no longer appearing on my weapon data sheets. It lists 'increased weapon die +(W)' in the attributes section of the weapon
It used to say 'increased weapon die +.25(W) and it would appear above in the weapon damage calculation.
It has been broken (or nerfed) and with the firestorm over champions I don't believe anyone has noticed.

There's been several threads about this and there's actually a few guild buffs that aren't applying, although I don't recall what all of them are.
