It is not as bad as iced edges witch suppose to do ice damage on hit and does not do anything but required to get other ice line in tree. That and Frozen fury saying does +3 weapon damage and it does not. I wish they actually tested stuff anymore less then a week on lamnia and live and tons of changes from what was on lamnia and what we got.

Don't worry, in the same line, the 'Ice on Vorpal' ability is not working too.

There are several more available. 10 base + 10 bard levels + 21 cha mod + 6 Legendary tactics twist + 3 Cores from Grand master of flowers + 14 from a dazing item (or 13 from a loot gen one) + 6 combat mastery (from Adamantine Cloak of the Bear Level 24) + 2 Epic destiny feat + 3 Dwarf racial tree + 3 Fighter Past Life = 78

Also Fatesinger has Legendary Dreadnaught stance that has +1 DC.
