There is a massive difference between doing these at 20 and 21 and below 20. At 20 I go to the destiny chic check in to my fully loaded dreadnought get a blitz going and zerg blast it. Even on a barb it's no sweat.

Elite "at level" is 21.

First life toon and/or poor player it won't be easy.

Experienced player, especially a TR who has his epic destinies done, should find it trivial.
