anyone have any clue about this problem? the game was running normally. I logout the game and when I came back, the problem happened

Dunno about that, but currently, I seem to be having a problem with my client being stuck trying to download "Microsoft Visual C++ SP1 Redistributable Package (x86)"... Happened after I tried to log in, and got some kind of error message.

Turbine, please get rid of this.
