As far as I understand, come U20, all chars will receive a lesser heart of wood, which is simply a visible way of telling whether you used your free LR on that toon or not.

So, couple of questions about that-
Do chars that already used the free LR get a L heart of wood too? (So basically- every char made before U20 has an additional, limited time, LR?) I tested this by copying a toon that used the free LR to lama, and I did in fact get a heart, but I figured I'd ask if this is WAI.

While I like the fact that there is now a visible marker for the free LR, the hardest puzzle in the game is the one in your inventory... Adding another valuable (BTC) item to hold on to is a strange decision. Maybe the ball of light that replaced Kruz will give you the heart only when you ask him to? This will also spare new players from destroying it (remember the puzzle called "inventory"?) without realizing how important it is.
