Default Why is this build so good...

No offense, but what makes this build so unique or so good? The saves are meh and will not stand-up in end game EE content. There is no discussion on your class distribution and why you're choosing to go 16 ranger instead of 12 Ranger/6 Monk for 10K stars.

Why 2 fighter only to waste the bonus feats on 1 toughness and 1 mobility (since you could simply move the precision to the 2nd monk bonus feat this is how it works out). Why not artificer to get magical training without points, umd, access to wrack construct and scroll mastery instead?

    Default If I May..

I would suggest grabbing 6 monk and getting 10k stars as Vengenance said. But, if you are insistent on being the split you have chosen (as 16 ranger grants you access to level 4 ranger spells) I would suggest you consider rethinking your feats. Toughness is no longer the needed feat it used to be, as you cannot upgrade it via enhancements. I would take Weapon Focus: Ranged and Power Critical in its place, I understand if you don't have Epic Destinies capped and you take it at 26 (Swapping it out later on I would take Holy Strike). For Favoured Enemies, I see you have Undead and Evil Outsider, which are very good choices. I would change out Elemental and Dragon for Construct and Elf. My reasoning for this is because you can't crit a construct, so the extra damage toward them is nice. And, you do not fight enough dragons to make it worth while, but there are many drow when you have access to Eveningstar. All this being said, it is your character and you play differently than I do. If your build works best for you, you should keep with it

Also, redistribute the .5 rank skills into something else. They do nothing for the skill as they do not count as a full rank
