I haven't got a clue, but then I haven't figured out how to give someone turbine points either. I thought you could only buy and spend turbine points.

For the Hjeart I would say around 1550 since you can buy one from store for 1400.
for the heart 2500. They used to worth 5k but they have made their time I guess.
