That may explain the problem; I did set up a username for the account (previously owned for Xfire testing of LoTRO), but was unaware that a key was needed. I did download both the official & Steam versions, I'll check my Steam Library to see if I have a key there that I can apply to the account. If not, I'll contact Turbine staff & request a key. Thanks for the help.
LMAO. I'm cracking up that that example came up because I'm the head of the Game Support team.
BTW: The user I was working on this situation with said he wanted to post the updated definition on these forums for early use until the next Game Update is pushed. What he's going to be posting will not have XIG fully tested (it will be using the old flags before 2.x was released) because I was running into this issue, but that will be updated later if I need to make any changes.
