Cha druid in Draconic

So I'm thinking of doing a lesser reinc on a druid toon and going charisma to get DC of Draconic incarnation abilities up.
I feel like this would be a reasonable build as some of the best damage spells from druid lack a save (Ice storm, greater creeping cold) and energy burst and energy vortex being such nice damage spells.

Any huge disadvantages to this Idea? Would love input either way.

Be careful of loosing spell points from wis and having enough in your basic casting stat to cast higher level spells. Also watch for any feat Minimum stat requirements
