    Question Druid 19/Rogue 1: Stat and Skill Allocation?

    Hi, I am planning to TR to a Druid but I mostly play solo so and I'm going to be coming off a Wiz 19/Rogue 1 and I'm loving the trap skills.

    My questions are:
    1) Is balance too important to neglect?
    2) Is UMD important for a druid?
    3) Do my stats look optimal? Should I go maybe with 14 Str instead of 16 Con, or 16 Int instead of 16 Con?

    Stats:
    Str 12
    Dex 8
    Con 16
    Int 14
    Wis 18
    Cha 8

    Skills allocation with UMD: (7 points)
    Concentration: +1
    Disable device: +2
    Search: +2
    UMD: +2

    Skills allocation without UMD: (7 points)
    Concentration: +2
    Disable device: +2
    Search: +2
    Balance: +1

    Skills allocation with 16 INT: (8 points)
    Concentration: +1
    Disable device: +2
    Search: +2
    Balance: +1
    UMD: +2

    Drop UMD. You don't need UMD to heal, rez, or enchant weapons. You can also get the effects of blur (fog cloud) and displacement (sleet storm) at will. Wolf form snowslide also gives you a 50% r/w boost on top of an abundant step to replace haste or teleport and has a 5 second c/d and regeneration in town.

    Of course, a GS 20% permablur 45 health dex cloak which also gives balance and displacement clickies at lvl 11 is also very nice.

    Balance is very important to an animal form druid. Will no longer be important next update when animal form gets knockdown immunity.

    thanks for the tips,

    I missed their abundant step like ability. Thats cool.

    Now that u mention it though, i do still think teleport will come in handy. With 14 Int and some tomes, i can still max balance and get UMD to respectable numbers for teleport
