Discount coupon did not work on my purchase

I used the coupon code: " SAVE25 " on the "quick buy" option for a purchase and it did not go through.

For any DDO people working:

is the order I had trouble with.

I noticed the problem right after it happened, there is no comfirmation that the code has worked using "quick buy".

I purchased the same item 3 more times using my cart and the " SAVE25 " code. The code worked fine for those.

I would like my turbine points adjusted, please.

Is it different with this code than past codes? For every code I have used with quick buy the confirmation is that the displayed price changes.
