I had been saving the necro scepter for a while now, and just pulled the enchantment scepter last night. But, truth be told, I'm sick to death of Tor's insistence on giving me back to back Allegiance khopeshes and other worthless junk instead of anything worthwhile; therefore, I could be persuaded to part with one or even both for the proper trade. That trade having to at least contain an imperial blood aug.
