I upgraded to VIP on 13th which worked great and was looking forward to my points which I did expect when my account became VIP. When servers came back up after the extended downtime I still hadnt recieved my 500 TB. I sent an email to support, got the Totally useless automated first reply SAYING BLAH BLAH WAIT 48 (ALREADY WAITED 4 DAYS!) and repy if still waiting. Waited and since then even though im on my 3rd email, no response, no points!! I wanted to get the Artificer which was on sale but now has gone to regular price again! This is totally unfair! I can not phone, im in the UK and your email customer service system basically stinks! Why am I missing the VIP points, shouldnt it be automatic??? How many times do I have to email to get a HUMAN response????
