Rewards/Expansion Content not working :(

I recently purchased the Orc and Underdark expansions via Steam. They downloaded fine; authorization keys added NP and received emails from Turbine welcoming me to both along with the following detail.

Orc Expansion

Half-Orc Race: Tap the power of orcish blood as a half-orc! The strongest of all player races, half-orcs make excellent barbarians, fighters, and favored souls.
Power Evidence Trinket: Give your characters a boost with the Power Evidence trinket. Granting +1 STR, DEX, and CON, this trinket is a must for any melee class.
500 Turbine Points: Enhance your adventure with 500 Turbine Points. Buy additional quests, cosmetic pets, experience boosts, buffs, and more.

Underdark™ Expansion

You will receive the Menace of the Underdark™ Expansion Adventure Packs, the Druid Class, Epic Destinies, and the Eveningstar Challenge Pack, plus access to the following items:
Greater Tome of Learning: Permanently increases experience earned by a character up to level 20. Provides +50% bonus to experience for first-time quest completions and +20% boost to other earned experience points. Stacks with other experience boosts and persists through all forms of reincarnation. (1 free tome per DDO game world)
1,000 Turbine Points: Enhance your adventure with 1,000 Turbine Points. Buy additional quests, cosmetic pets, experience boosts, buffs, and more.
Veteran Status (Level 4): Start new characters at level 4!
DDO Classics Adventure Pack Bundle: Includes Phiarlan Carnival, Attack on Stormreach, The Path of Inspiration, and The Dreaming Dark.


Nothing is there when I log in... new characters are Level 1 and none of the stuff mentioned above. How do I get Turbine to fix their product? I've reviewed the large list of issues and this is not discussed.

Same issue here with the expansion after I put in the key; my turbine account says that: "The following subscriptions(s) already have the features you are activating". But I'm not seeing any of the content/rewards in-game.
