Account Messed up after shabackled Billing Maintenance

I can no longer play any characters save for 1 because my VIP Status is gone and all my account upgrades.....Everything is gone...Can I get some Help or am I going to have to wait a few weeks on this.

i know it might be a stretch, but... your VIP wasn't due to expire some time in the past 2 days, was it? perhaps an expiration coupled with a non-auto billing because of billing maintenance (or whatever it was).

if the maintenance didn't happen, you wouldn't have noticed because it would have autobilled and kept going. OR you would have lost your VIP and said "oh right, i need to renew".

if that's NOT the case, i'm sorry. was just tossing something out there as a possibility. good luck

No it expires end of march which would make my account still VIP, Cant play any content or characters that I like sounds fun doesnt it lol haha thanks for the ideas though

That's odd, because you should have four character slots if your ViP expired.

Submit a ticket is the only suggestion I can offer.

submit a ticket or call cust service ..you should be able to straighten it out fast ...hopefully
