Can't update credit/debit card info

Yay I finally got an answer to my question!

I haven't tested this out yet (not at home atm) but instead of slashes and dashes just put a space

I've been warned not to have a blank field and I know my guildie has repeated his address on the second line.

Curious to see if this works and will hope that they update the FAQ post with this information if it does.

I have the same issue. Followed all the instructions on their help sites but nothing is working.
Submitted a ticket, hope someone can help me

There seems to be something wrong with their systems anyway. When I update my address it automatically sets it to the completely wrong state after I click "submit", even though I selected the correct one before...

And just a note on ringing them - if *you* can't get it working via the web form then I would suggest it is pointless ringing them. It sounded very much like the person on the phone, who couldn't get it work either, was using the same form and seeing exactly what I was seeing.

They didn't even know about the dash slash thing.

Right now I am very very annoyed.

So... my options...

-get another credit card?
-Use Paypal (a system I do not like).
-Purchase gamecards (and therefore miss out on bonus points)
-not buy anything until the expansion and take advantage of any points deal offered then - last time they used Digital River to do this and my credit card had no issues with that system which is apparently the latest and greatest and was entered independantly of Turbine.

Part of the success of getting money out of me is impulse buying. And this puts paid to that. Or rather it doesn't.


Edit: a friend told me about pre-paid credit cards (which someone mentioned above), bought one and it works. It lacks the convenience of having my own card but it will curb any tempting impulse buying as it will take me overnight to transfer funds at any point in time to top up.
