Having said that though, I will assume you have one tactical feat.

    Head: Purple Dragon Helm
    Eyes: Tharne's Goggles/Greensteel +45 HP Smoke
    Neck: Finger Necklace/Silver Flame Talisman
Trinket: Planar Focus of Prowess (Str +3)/Epic Blasting Chime (Blindness Immunity/Wis +6) *
Back: Adamantine Cloak of the Wolf
Belt: Epic Spare Hand (Heavy Fortification/Exceptional Strength +1)
    Wrists: Convalescent of Superior Parrying
    Hands: Purple Dragon Gauntlets
Ring: Epic Ring of Master Artifice (Good Luck +2/Exceptional Constitution +1)
Ring: Epic Ring of the Stalker (Greater False Life/Dex +6)
    Body: Stone Heart (Con +8)
    Feet: Striding 30% of Balance +15/Kundarak Delving Boots/Epic Rock Boots (Fear Immunity/Cha +6) *

    * - or use level 16 version and craft Mobility, Dodge or Melee Alacrity 10%

None of this stuff is hard to get, you will be able to grind most of it out in challenges, if you have a character capable of solo'ing them, so much the better.

Edit - forgot it was Warforged, made some adjustments

In fact I do have 1 tactical feat: stunning blow, and I'm using it regularly and the stuns land more or less OK (but mainly when I equip my +10 stunning Tenderizer)

also, what about the/an eChrono set? Is it not worth fitting in 3 epic chrono items to get that profane str bonus?

    yes.....

    and no

i personally think that it is worth it - but what are you going to put in?

    helm? conflicts with pdk helm.
cloak? conflicts with cloak of the bear
gloves? pdk gloves, claw set, fabricators, titans grip?
boots? ok that would work. only major contender here is erock boots but then you have to either become addicted to haste pots or find an abbot quiver
bracers? fabricators, claw, leviks, healing amp bracers?

i like the amount of slots it gives you, but other then that, its hard to fit in.

You don't need to use blunt weapons to get Stunning +10 anymore. You can easily get it on a variety of gear.
