I read the barbarian section, I can't still get a decent idea on how to improve my barbarian items past level 20.

Currently I am at level 23. It is a Human barbarian.

Here are my items

Head: Purple Dragon knight (Aiming for red helm)
Goggles: Tharnes (drow smoke?)
Trinket: Litany
Neck: Shintao
Ring 1: Shintao with 20% hAmp
Ring 2: Ravager with +2 strength
Belt: Ravager
Cloak: 45 gs guard. (envenomed?)
gloves: claw
bracers: claw
boots: madstone
Armor: Epic marilth

So now I don't have:
greater false life
resistance item
toughness
good luck slot

Hope I can get some basic ideas and swaps to try. Thanks for your help.
