    20% item
    100% Divine Righteousness

Not sure how my base DPS would keep up with yours though. I have to admit, this toon was not initially designed with boss DPS in mind.
Don't forget the additional 80% you can get from Stand Against the Tide, as well as big bursts from Intolerant Blows. You'll be fine with the amount of threat gen. Mine has 12 fighter - so no 100% from divine righteousness - and I've not had problems keeping aggro against almost anyone.

I am assuming that you will have good gear (DR breakers of course, but also bursted ToD rings, and the like), so your DPS will be pretty good. If you don't have the gear then you can always ask for an extra 30 seconds to get aggro in most cases. Sometimes people even listen.

IIRC Divine Righteousness and the Paladin Stance do not stack. I though most paladins now don't even bother with divine righteousness since it is only a 25% increase over their stance.

It does work well for the 6 pal splash.

When I was running a 12/6/2 splash like the OP describes
I only ran into a single melee that could take and hold aggro
and that was another paladin split who was using the +100%
boost. (we flip-floped depending on who had it activated and
when ToD caused an aggro re-evaluation)

Additionally, players who know they are using high aggro and
non-tanking characters need to have threat reduction capabilities.

Even if they have to lose a small % of DPS it's worth doing so
to smoothly run the raid. (Obviously if the tank has issues holding
aggro against drunken kittens then figure out a different tanking
    situation quick.)

OP your biggest challenges will be HP, PRR, and intim. If the
enhancement pass allows for a racial tier 3 defender then monks
will once again be amazing tanks for the places where they meet
    the intim threshold.

Also, side note, the LoB's thunder punch can be blocked and prevented
    while TWF using wraps.

And by grasp the earth from a light monkey! It was seeming like on epic elite even when I was blocking I still got stunned. I think it was a fort save or something cuz both tanks were getting stunned almost everytime. Even when blocking, but only on epic elite. On epic hard I never get stunned when I block it.

There is no save check. You just have to be fully blocking and not still stuck in the attack chain animation (try it sometime, notice the block doesn't come out instantly but waits until your swing is finished). To get around this one must use combat feat cancel or tumble cancel to cancel the attack chain instantly. These types of techniques are what I mean when I say experienced tank players know technique matters as much as build.
