I posted this to the facebook page, who referred me to ingame support. I posted a ticket to in-game support - who referred me to account support via the turbine website. I posted a ticket to account support on the turbine website and they referred me here. Outside of the fact that this is a TERRIBLE customer experience... I just want some help with my guild ship.
Despite our best efforts a guildy bought a 3% xp shrine while the shrines were down during the bugged period following the update. This was sitting in the spot that belogs to our gold seal 4% xp shrine, which had roughly 4 weeks on it.
I just want the 4 weeks of gold seal replaced or a credit for ddo points sufficent to purchase 4 weeks of the gold seal shrine. I am out of options in terms of places to ask... this is my fourth avenue (after being redirected 3 times). Is there help available for this situation? It cannot be the intent of DDO to have gold seal shrines be untrustworthy every time there's an update due to some crazy bug that makes them unavailable for an hour.
